I am Ken's Brother in law Jimmy Waters. The first time I met Chester was about 44 yearrs ago. To me he was one of the most intelligent, kind, and loving person all through the years I was blessed to know him. I will miss the conversations about the projects at LeTourneau that he was involved in. I will miss his simple philosophy on how to treat people. We can all take a lesson from the example that Chester G. Hall set.
